          تعلن جامعة إدلب عن إجراء مناقصة (بالسرعة الممكنة) لتنفيذ أعمال استكمال إنشاء مدرجات جانب كلية الطب البشري، وذلك ضمن تخصيص الموازنة العامة لأعمال الصيانة والتجهيز للسنة المالية 2020-2021م؛ بكلف إجمالية مقدارها 123500 مئة وثلاثة وعشرون ألف وخمسمائة دولار أمريكي فقط لا غير، وذلك للأعمال المطلوب إنجازها ضمن الكشف التقديري المرفق.

فعلى الراغبين بالاشتراك في المناقصة من الشركات والمقاولين من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص تقديم عروضهم ضمن أوقات الدوام الرسمي في مديرية الديوان العام برئاسة الجامعة، على أن تقدم العروض ضمن ظروف مغلقة ومختومة ومثبت عليها اسم مقدم العرض ورقم هاتفه والبريد الإلكتروني إن وُجد، حيث يبدأ التقديم من تاريخ صدور الإعلان وحتى يوم السبت تاريخ 14 / 08 / 2021م مع نهاية الدوام الرسمي.

  • التأمينات الأولية مبلغ (1200 $) الف ومئتان دولار أميركي فقط لا غير، على أن يسترد المبلغ لصاحب العرض غير المرشح للتعاقد، حيث يتم الدفع بموجب إيصال يتم اقتطاعه من دائرة العقود.
  • تقدم العروض ضمن ظرف مغلق يحتوي على:
  • طلب خطي للاشتراك بالمناقصة.
  • تصريح بأنه أطلع على دفتر الشروط الفنية والمالية والحقوقية وجدول بنود الكميات والأشغال المطلوبة الخاصة بالمناقصة، وأنه يقبل بجميع ما ورد في هذه المستندات من شروط وأحكام.
  • العرض المالي والفني مع جدول الأسعار الإفرادية والإجمالية.
  • إن مرفقات إعلان المناقصة تشمل ما يلي:
  • دفتر الشروط الفنية والمالية والحقوقية الخاصة بالمناقصة.
  • الكشف التقديري للأعمال المطلوب إنجازها يبين نوع وكمية الأعمال التقديرية مع السعر الافرادي لكل بند.
  • يتم شراء المرفقات من دائرة العقود.
  • يلتزم المتعهد المرشح للتعاقد بعد جلسة المناقصة؛ بتنفيذ كامل بنود العقد خلال مدة / 90 /يوم من تاريخ توقيع أمر المباشرة، ومحضر استلام موقع العمل.
  • يتم فض العروض يوم الأحد الموافق لـ 15/08/2021م الساعة التاسعة صباحاً، وذلك عن طريق لجنة تشكل لاحقاً، ويلتزم المتقدمون بالحضور شخصياً في الوقت المحدد.

The University of Idlib announces the conduct of a tender (as soon as possible) to implement the works of completing the construction of the stadiums next to the Faculty of Human Medicine, within the allocation of the general budget for maintenance and equipment work for the fiscal year 2020-2021 AD; At a total cost of 123,500 one hundred twenty three thousand five hundred US dollars only, for the works to be completed within the attached estimated statement.

Those wishing to participate in the tender from companies and contractors with experience and specialization must submit their offers within the official working hours at the Directorate of the General Court at the Presidency of the University, provided that the offers are submitted within closed and sealed envelopes bearing the name of the bidder, his phone number and e-mail if any, where the submission starts from the date of the bidding date. The announcement was issued until Saturday 08/14/2021 AD, with the end of official working hours.

  • The initial deposit is an amount of ($ 1200) one thousand and two hundred dollars only, provided that the amount is recovered to the bidder who is not a candidate for contract, as payment is made according to a receipt that is deducted from the Contracts Department.
  • Offers shall be submitted within a sealed envelope containing:
  • Written request to participate in the tender.
  • A declaration that he has seen the book of technical, financial and legal conditions and the schedule of quantities and works required for the tender, and that he accepts all the terms and conditions contained in these documents.
  • Financial and technical offer with table of individual and total prices.
  • The attachments to the tender announcement include the following:

  • Bids will be opened on Sunday, 15/08/2021 AD at nine in the morning, by a committee formed later, and the applicants are obliged to attend in person at the specified time.
