تعلن جامعة إدلب عن استدراج عروض أسعار بالظرف المختوم لشراء خشب وفق المواصفات التالية:

ملاحظة:

يتم استقبال العروض في مديرية الديوان العام برئاسة الجامعة، وذلك من تاريخه وحتى نهاية الدوام الرسمي من يوم الثلاثاء تاريخ 07 / 09 / 2021م.
يتم وضع مبلغ تأمين في دائرة العقود وقدره 300 $ يسترد للمتعهدين الذين لم يشتركوا معنا بفض العروض.
مدة التنفيذ أسبوع من تاريخ فض العروض، وفي حال التأخر يطبق عليه غرامات تأخير 1 % من قيمة العقد.

يتم فض العروض في تمام الساعة 10.00 صباحاً من يوم الأربعاء تاريخ 08 / 09 / 2021م في رئاسة الجامعة.

Idlib University announces the invitation of quotations in sealed envelopes to purchase wood according to the following specifications:

Swedish wood type A / 5 m 3 / five cubic meters.
The dimensions of the panels (length 3.5 meters – width 10 cm – thickness 2.5 cm).
Melamine wood quantity 110 panels.
Thickness 18 mm Dimensions (2.1 * 2.8) meters.

note:

Offers are received at the Directorate of the General Court at the Presidency of the University, from its date until the end of official working hours from Tuesday 07/09/2021 AD.
A security deposit of $300 is placed in the Contracts Department to be refunded to the contractors who did not participate with us in opening the bids.
The implementation period is one week from the date of opening the bids, and in the event of delay, delay fines of 1% of the contract value will be applied.

Bids will be opened at 10.00 am on Wednesday 09/08/2021 at the University Presidency.

Teklifler, üniversitenin başkanlığındaki Genel Mahkeme Başkanlığı’na, tarihinden 09/07/2021 Salı günü mesai bitimine kadar kabul edilir.
Tekliflerin açılmasına bizimle katılmayan müteahhitlere iade edilmek üzere Sözleşmeler Departmanına 300 $ depozito yatırılır.
Uygulama süresi tekliflerin açıldığı tarihten itibaren bir hafta olup, gecikme halinde sözleşme bedelinin %1’i oranında gecikme cezası uygulanacaktır.

Teklifler 09/08/2021 Çarşamba günü saat 10.00’da Üniversite Rektörlüğünde açılacaktır.
