Idlib University announces a tender procedure (in sealed envelope) to print 100/100 graduation certificate books, and each notebook contains 50/50 graduation certificates, for the necessity of the faculties and institutes of Idlib University according to the following conditions:

• The paper type is special similar to the types of paper used measuring 21 * 31 cm.
• Equipped with printing a watermark out of the paper that appears through the paper.
• High-quality, multi-color offset printing.
• Accurate printing that only appears through x-ray machines for examining banknotes.

Notes:

• A security deposit of $200 is paid to the Contracts Department at the University Presidency, as a security deposit in the event of breach of the contract, and the rights are liquidated upon final receipt.
• Offers are received at the Directorate of the General Court, headed by the university, from its date until Monday, 11/22/2021.
• Bids will be opened at 12:00 noon on Tuesday 23/11/2021 AD, headed by the university.
