The University of Idlib announces a tender in the sealed envelope to solicit offers for the purchase of equipment (analytical devices) for the laboratories of the Faculty of Pharmacy, which are:

  • Nucleic Acid Analyzer Nanodrop Apectrophotometer Micro Volume.
  • Minus 80 Degree Ultra Low Temperature.
  • Tablet Friability Apparatus.
  • Tablet Disintegration Apparatus.
  • Tablet Hardness App.
  • Tablet Dissolution Test App.
  • Melting Point App.
  • P.L.C App.
  • Electronic Palance.
  • Spectro Photometer.
  • Tgl20MW High Speed Refrigerated Centrifuge 20600 RPM

Investors and traders wishing to participate in the above-mentioned tender should follow the following:

  • View the technical conditions book for the devices and their specifications in the Contracts Department.
  • Put the name of the medical company, the name of the investor and the phone number on the envelope.
  • Offers shall be submitted to the Directorate of the General Court at the University Presidency after the Contracts Department has signed the envelope.
  • Offers are received from the date of the announcement until the end of the official working day on Sunday 01/08/2021 AD.
  • Bids will be opened at 11.00 am on Monday 08/02/2021 AD, headed by the university in the Contracts Department.
  • The initial bond is $500 to be refunded after supplying the devices to the laboratory and stating their suitability to work in an authentic manner.
  • The contractor is obligated to secure all 11 analysis devices in the book of conditions.
  • The contracting contractor is obligated to secure all devices within a period of 60 days from the date of signing the directive order.
  • any delay beyond the time specified in the contract; Delay fines of $001 of the contract value will apply.
