The Directorate of Training and Rehabilitation at Idlib University announces the establishment of a #training_course_entitled_Professional_Diploma_in_Human_Resource_Management

Training topics:

• The concept and importance of human resource management.
• Strategic management of human resources.
• Human resource planning.
• recruitment.
• training and development.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• Acquire basic skills that enable them to develop their managerial work.
• Increase their expertise and cognitive and supervisory capabilities.
• Moving their level of performance to the highest levels with professional quality and efficiency.

Trainer: “A. Ahmed Kourani” MBA.

Target group: (Those interested in entering the labor market – human resources managers – administrative affairs managers – administrative managers – project managers) from inside or outside the university (males – females).

Training duration: / 60 / training hours.

Training date: Thursday and Friday, and hours can be added after the end of the official working hours.

Training Fee: $75 for out-of-university trainees, $50 for university students.

Training type: In-person.

Training location: to be determined when the number is completed.

Required number: 25-30 trainees.

Registration period: from the date of issuance of the advertisement until the completion of the number.
