Human Resource Management – D 4

Training topics:

• The concept and functions of human resources
• Job Analysis
• recruitment
• Selection and appointment process
• Training, development and mentoring
• staff performance Evaluation
• Incentive and compensation (allowances)
• Salary Scale (Wage Structure)

Training plan:

Number of training hours: 25 hours

Training days: Sunday – Tuesday – from 9 am – 2 pm (five hours a day)

Beginning of training: when the number is complete

Training place: Directorate of Training and Rehabilitation (collection of engineering colleges)

Required number: 25 male and female trainees

Target group:

(Idlib University students – administrative staff – interested in this specialty from outside the university)
