The girl (A.D), who is one year and three months old, visited the orthopedic clinic at Idlib University Hospital with a story of delayed and disturbed gait.
A good clinical examination and appropriate radiographic investigations revealed the presence of a congenital hip dislocation.

The girl was admitted to the orthopedic division, and laboratory analyzes and consultations were required for the surgical procedure.
The surgery was performed “Open Hip Reduction with Acetabular Guidance through Salter Pelvis Cut and Thigh Cut and Rotation” with full plaster cast.
