Entitled: Codification of legal rulings in the judiciary between theory and practice
Conference objectives and main themes
First – Objectives of the conference:
1- A statement of the validity of Islamic Sharia for application in every time and place.
2- Emphasizing that the arbitration of Islamic Sharia is one of the most important legal duties, as it is the first and most important requirement of those who came out in the Syrian revolution.
3- Explanation of the legal ruling in codifying the legal rulings in the judiciary, and the pros and cons of that.
4- Presenting recommendations and proposals to those in charge of the judiciary in the liberated north of Syria regarding the codification of legal rulings in the judiciary, for the benefit of the nation and society.
Second – Themes of the conference:
The first axis: the rule of codification of legal provisions in legal articles.
The second axis: the pros and cons of legalizing legal rulings in the judiciary.
The third axis: some previous experiences in codifying legal rulings.
The third axis: the judicial reality in the editor, the possibility of codifying legal rulings, and the means for that.
A number of academic and scientific bodies and those concerned with the judiciary file inside Syria will participate in the conference, as well as a number of distinguished scholars from outside the country via the zoom program:
