Idlib University, in cooperation with Shafak Organization, announces the implementation of an activity

Rehabilitation and training of a number of agricultural technicians in the field of integrated olive management

The project work areas: (Maar Misrin, Harbanush, Kafr Bani, Kafr Jalals, Kafr Takharim, Harem, Basnia).

Training includes the following:

1- Theoretical training sessions by specialized trainers.

2- Field training visits to olive groves.

3- Daily practical exercises in the agricultural pharmacies located in Maar Misrin / Kafr Takharim / Harem / Idlib.

Eligibility Criteria for Selection of Agricultural Technician Trainees:

• Academic level: A fourth or fifth year student in the College of Agriculture, an agricultural engineer, or an agricultural high school graduate from an agricultural institute, a recent graduate of a period not exceeding two years.
• The intern has a minimum of previous theoretical and practical experience.
• The trainee is interested and ready to participate in the training program.
• The trainee can allocate a period of three months to receive the training course.
• The trainee should not be participating in a similar training program.
• Adherence to the supporting entity’s work policies.

Those wishing to participate in the training must: register at the office of the head of the department in the College of Agricultural Engineering.
