University Housing Directorate
Definition of the directorate:
It is a directorate concerned with following up on all matters related to housing students, securing decent and comfortable housing for them, and securing all the services they need during their stay in university housing, and it contains several housing units, and each unit has its own supervisor. |
Tasks of the Directorate:
1- Working on registering students wishing to live according to specific criteria for university housing. 2- Providing various services for students living in the university city. 3- Work to solve any problem that may occur between students in university housing. 4- Addressing the Presidency of the University to follow up on securing what the university housing needs in order to serve the students in it. |

Housing Department:
1- Providing comfortable accommodation for university students to facilitate their academic achievement.
2- Follow-up of student housing in terms of furniture, cleanliness and everything related to students in their housing. 3- Taking care of students educationally and working to solve their social and psychological problems. 4- Investing students’ spare time in purposeful programs and various activities (scientific – educational – cultural – social) that take into account their interests, meet their needs, develop their personalities and skills, and hone their talents. 5- Training students to participate and integrate into a sound social life that qualifies them to serve their community. 6- Building the students’ personality in an integrated manner, training them to take responsibility and accustoming them to discipline and positivity in all their affairs. |
warehouse circle:
1- Receiving and delivering materials for university housing, including materials for cleaning, maintenance, stationery, etc., and securing them within the warehouse.
2- Storing and arranging incoming materials according to the approved storage rules. 3- Supervising the preparation of input and output documents and recording them in the warehouse records. 4- Assisting the inventory committees in inventorying the warehouse assets. 5- Ensure the application of security and safety rules inside the warehouse. |
