Follow up the conditions of university employees:
- Doing all that is required to regulate the functional affairs of scientific workers, the laboratory body at the university, and its administrative workers.
- Carrying out all contracting procedures with experts, scientific workers, and other matters related to work and employment contracts.
- Organizing and preparing the necessary competitions and tests that take place within the university to appoint its employees.
- Carrying out all necessary procedures for appointment, promotion, and so forth, and preparing various instruments related to university employees.
- Preparing all executive instruments related to assigning lecturers, contractors, and supervisors to the practical aspects, and awarding compensation, bonuses and the like.
- Organizing health care for university employees.
- Rehabilitation of administrators, enriching their knowledge, developing systems and work procedures, and updating administrative tools.
