Idlib University and Novel Global Community Educational Foundation Sign MoU for Academic Collaboration
On April, 26th, Idlib University and Novel Global Community Educational Foundation (NGCEF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at fostering academic and scientific collaboration between the two institutions.
The MoU was signed via e-ceremony on Zoom and was witnessed by the senior management of both parties. Representing Idlib University, Dr. Ahmad Abo Hjer signed the MoU, while Dr. Amjad Kamal signed it on behalf of NGCEF.
The MoU covers a range of initiatives, including joint studies by academic, technical and administrative staff, exchange of materials in education and research, publications and academic information, facilitation and conclusion of articulation of courses at or between the two universities, collaborative research and publication, joint marketing and promotion for institutions, joint organization of conferences, seminars or other academic meetings, joint organization of technical training or administrative programs, joint development and delivery of courses and programs, joint courses that can be delivered online, and exchange of scholarships and mutual teaching plans.
NGCEF, a non-for-profit academic foundation located in New South Wales, Australia, supports scientific research and academic activities, assists junior scholars by intellectually empowering them for Ph.D. preparation.
Idlib University is a non-for-profit institution of higher education located in northern Syria.
The signing of this MoU marks an important milestone for both institutions as they seek to strengthen their academic and research capabilities and deepen their engagement with the global academic community.
