تعلن جامعة إدلب عن إجراء مناقصة بالظرف المختوم باستدراج عروض لشراء أجهزة (أجهزة تحليلية) لزوم مخابر كلية الصيدلة، وهي:

  • Tablet Disintegration Apparatus.
  • TABLET HARDNESS TESTER.
  • TABLET DISSOLUTION TEST.
  • Melting Point App.
  • Popular Multi-purpose TGL20B Desktop High Speed Refrigerated Centrifuge Machine.
  • Nucleic Acid Analyzer Nanodrop Spectrophotometer Micro Volume Model Number: DW-K5500Plus.
  • minus 86 degree ultra low temperature small freezer 80 L laboratory deep freezer cryogenic freezer for biological samples.
  • HPLC.

فعلى الراغبين بالاشتراك في المناقصة المذكورة أعلاه من المستثمرين والتجار اتباع ما يلي:

  • الاطلاع على دفتر الشروط الفنية للأجهزة ومواصفاتها في دائرة العقود.
  • وضع اسم الشركة الطبية واسم المستثمر ورقم الهاتف على الظرف.
  • تقدم العروض في مديرية الديوان العام برئاسة الجامعة بعد توقيع دائرة العقود على المغلف.
  • يتم استلام العروض من تاريخ الإعلان وحتى نهاية الدوام الرسمي ليوم الاثنين تاريخ 16 / 08 / 2021م.
  • يتم فض العروض في تمام الساعة 11.00 صباحاً من يوم الثلاثاء تاريخ 17 / 08 / 2021م برئاسة الجامعة في دائرة العقود.
  • التأمينات الأولية 500 $ تسترد بعد توريد الأجهزة للمخبر وبيان صلاحيتها للعمل بشكل أصولي.
  • يلتزم المتعهد بتأمين كافة الأجهزة الموجودة في دفتر الشروط والبالغ عددها 11 جهاز تحليل.
  • يلتزم المتعهد المتعاقد بتأمين كافة الأجهزة خلال مدة وقدرها 60 يوم من تاريخ توقيع أمر المباشرة.
  • كل تأخير عن الوقت المحدد بالعقد؛ يطبق عليه غرامات تأخير بقيمة 001 $ من قيمة العقد.
  • الجامعة غير ملتزمة بالموافقة على اختيار كامل الأجهزة المحددة بنص الإعلان.

The University of Idlib announces a tender in the sealed envelope to solicit offers for the purchase of equipment (analytical devices) for the laboratories of the Faculty of Pharmacy, which are:

  • TABLET DISSOLUTION TEST.

Investors and traders wishing to participate in the above-mentioned tender should follow the following:

  • View the technical conditions book for the devices and their specifications in the Contracts Department.
  • Put the name of the medical company, the name of the investor and the phone number on the envelope.
  • Offers shall be submitted to the Directorate of the General Court at the University Presidency after the Contracts Department has signed the envelope.
  • Offers are received from the date of the announcement until the end of the official working day on Monday 16/08/2021 AD.
  • Bids will be opened at 11:00 am on Tuesday 17/08/2021 AD, headed by the University in the Contracts Department.
  • The initial bond is $500 to be refunded after supplying the devices to the laboratory and stating their suitability to work in an authentic manner.
  • The contractor is obligated to secure all 11 analysis devices in the book of conditions.
  • The contracting contractor is obligated to secure all devices within a period of 60 days from the date of signing the directive order.
  • any delay beyond the time specified in the contract; Delay fines of $001 of the contract value will apply.
  • The university is not obligated to agree to the selection of all devices specified in the text of the advertisement.
