تعلن مديرية التدريب والتأهيل في جامعة إدلب عن إقامة #دورة_تدريبية_بعنوان_المحاسبة_المالية_باستخدام_إكسل

(اليومية الامريكية)

محاور التدريب: لطلاب كلية العلوم الإدارية والمعهد التقاني للعلوم المالية والإدارية

  • التذكير بمبادئ كتابة القيد المحاسبي.
    1. القيد البسيط والمركب.
  • طريقة ادراج أوراق لكافة أشهر الدورة المحاسبية مرتبطة لتعمم انشاء دفتر اليومية على باقي الأشهر واستخدام الدوال الشرطية في عمليات الترحيل والترصيد.
  • طريقة انشاء أعمدة كتابة القيد المحاسبي مع أعمدة المبالغ.
  • طريقة فتح أعمدة لكل حساب موجود ضمن الدورة المحاسبية.
  • طريقة إضافة أسماء الحسابات كقائمة لتسهيل اختيار نوع الحساب عند تفريق بيانات القيد المحاسبي.
  • طريقة انشاء دالة لتقوم بجمع وحساب المبالغ من كل حساب.
  • انشاء دالة لإعطاء اجمالي المبالغ من كل حساب في كل طرف (المدين -الدائن).
  • انشاء ورقة الأستاذ العام واستخدام الدوال المتقدمة لنقل البيانات من دفتر اليومية.
  • استخدام الدوال المتقدمة لتقوم بترصيد الحسابات بشكل تلقائي.
  • انشاء ورقة ميزان المراجعة بالأرصدة والمجاميع واستخدام دوال البحث المتقدمة لإعطاء النتيجة بشكل تلقائي.
  • انشاء قائمة الدخل والمركز وقائمة الدخل المالي باستخدام Pivot Tables الجداول المحورية.
  • إعطاء الطالب طريقة تعديل الحسابات والقوائم المالية في اليومية الامريكية لإضافة الحسابات بما يناسب الشركة المخصص لها الدورة المحاسبية (اليومية الامريكية).

سيتمكن المشاركون بنهاية الدورة من:

  • إنشاء دورة محاسبية كاملة بما يناسب الشركة المخصص لها الدورة المحاسبية، ابتداء من دفتر اليومية مروراً بميزان المراجعة حتى الوصول لقائمة الدخل والمركز المالي.
  • ما يميز المادة العلمية لهذا التدريب استخدام الدوال المتقدمة والشرطية التي ستقوم بكافة العمليات الحسابية والشرطية بشكل تلقائي حيث يتوجب على مستخدم الدورة المالية فقط تفريق بيانات القيد المحاسبي في المكان الصحيح.
  • الحصول على التقارير المالي كقائمة المركز المالي في أي وقت بدون أي جهد.

يحصل المتدرب في نهاية الدورة على شهادة اجتياز من مديرية التدريب والتأهيل

The Directorate of Training and Rehabilitation at Idlib University announces the establishment of a #training_course_entitled_Financial_Accounting_using_Excel

Training axes: for students of the College of Administrative Sciences and the Technical Institute of Financial and Administrative Sciences

  • Reminder of the principles of writing the accounting entry.
    1. Simple and compound constraint.
  • The method of inserting papers for all months of the accounting cycle is linked to generalizing the creation of the journal to the remaining months and the use of conditional functions in the posting and balance operations.
  • How to create accounting entry writing columns with amount columns.
  • The method of opening columns for each account within the accounting cycle.
  • The method of adding account names as a list to facilitate the selection of the account type when separating the accounting entry data.
  • How to create a function to collect and calculate amounts from each account.
  • Create a function to give the total amounts from each account in each party (debit – credit).
  • Create a general ledger sheet and use advanced functions to transfer data from the journal.
  • Use advanced functions to automatically balance accounts.
  • Create a trial balance sheet with balances and totals and use advanced search functions to give the result automatically.
  • Create an income statement, position, and financial income statement using Pivot Tables.
  • Giving the student the method of amending the accounts and financial statements in the American Journal to add the accounts to suit the company for which the accounting cycle is assigned (the American Journal).

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Establishing a complete accounting cycle to suit the company for which the accounting cycle is assigned, starting from the journal, passing through the trial balance, until reaching the income statement and financial position.
  • What distinguishes the scientific material for this training is the use of advanced and conditional functions that will do all the arithmetic and conditional operations automatically, as the user of the financial cycle only has to separate the accounting entry data in the right place.
  • Get financial reports as a statement of financial position at any time without any effort.

At the end of the course, the trainee will receive a passing certificate from the Directorate of Training and Qualification

  • Muhasebe döngüsünün tüm ayları için kağıt ekleme yöntemi, günlüğün oluşturulmasının kalan aylara genelleştirilmesi ve kayıt ve bakiye işlemlerinde koşullu işlevlerin kullanılmasıyla bağlantılıdır.
  • Tutar sütunlarıyla muhasebe girişi yazma sütunları nasıl oluşturulur.
  • Muhasebe döngüsü içinde her hesap için sütun açma yöntemi.
  • Muhasebe giriş verilerini ayırırken hesap tipi seçimini kolaylaştırmak için hesap adlarını liste olarak ekleme yöntemi.
  • Her hesaptan tutarları toplamak ve hesaplamak için bir işlev nasıl oluşturulur.
