شهدت كلية العلوم بجامعة إدلب مناقشة رسالة ماجستير بقسم الفيزياء للطالب جمال الدين محمد خطيب، وحملت الرسالة عنوانا مهما وهو “دراسة تأثير الإشابة ببعض العناصر على الخصائص الفيزيائية لأفلام رقيقة من أكسيد النحاس المحضرة بتقانة GeI -SoI”.
The Faculty of Science at the University of Idlib witnessed the discussion of a master’s thesis in the Department of Physics for student Jamal Al-Din Muhammad Khatib, and the thesis carried an important title, which is “Studying the effect of doping with some elements on the physical properties of thin films of copper oxide prepared by GeI-SoI technology.”
