تعلن جامعة إدلب عن إجراء مناقصة (بالظرف المختوم) لشراء كاميرات مراقبة وفق الاتي:

فعلى الراغبين بالاشتراك بالمناقصة المذكورة أعلاه من ذوو الخبرة والاختصاص، مراجعة دائرة العقود برئاسة الجامعة.

ملاحظة:

يُدفع مبلغ تأمين أولي وقدره/200 $/ مئتا دولار أمريكي فقط لا غير في صندوق الجامعة بمديرية الشؤون المالية(دائرة السلف) وذلك كضمان قي حال عدم الالتزام، وتصفى حقوق العارض في نهاية العقد بعد تأمين المطلوب.
يبدأ استقبال العروض في مديرية الديوان العام برئاسة الجامعة، وذلك من تاريخه وحتى نهاية الدوام الرسمي ليوم الثلاثاء 2022/2/22م.
يتم فض العروض في تمام الساعة 10 العاشرة صباحاً من يوم الأربعاء تاريخ 2022/2/23م.

Idlib University announces a tender (in sealed envelope) to purchase surveillance cameras as follows:

Those who wish to participate in the above-mentioned tender, with experience and expertise, should review the Contracts Department at the University’s Presidency.

note:

An initial insurance amount of $200/ two hundred dollars is paid only to the university fund in the Directorate of Financial Affairs (Advance Department) as a guarantee in case of non-compliance, and the bidder’s rights are liquidated at the end of the contract after securing the required.
The reception of offers begins at the Directorate of the General Court at the Presidency of the University, from its date until the end of official working hours on Tuesday 22/2/2022.
Bids will be opened at 10 am on Wednesday 23/2/2022.

Yukarıda belirtilen ihaleye deneyim ve uzmanlığı ile katılmak isteyenlerin Üniversite Başkanlığı’ndaki Sözleşmeler Daire Başkanlığı’nı incelemeleri gerekmektedir.

Not:

İlk sigorta bedeli 200$/ iki yüz dolar sadece Mali İşler Müdürlüğü’ndeki (İlerleme Dairesi) üniversite fonuna uyulmaması halinde teminat olarak ödenir ve teklif sahibinin hakları sözleşme sonunda tasfiye edilir. gerekli olanı güvence altına almak.
Üniversite Rektörlüğündeki Genel Mahkeme Başkanlığı’nda tekliflerin kabulü tarihinden 22/2/2022 Salı günü mesai bitimine kadar başlar.
