تعلن جامعة إدلب عن حاجتها للتعاقد مع متعهدين مختصين في مجال ترميم واجهات في كلية التربية والعلوم من أعمال (فك حجر متضرر- تلبيس واجهات- وإنشاء أعمدة- تركيب نوافذ ألمنيوم وحديد- دهان وترميم الأرصفة- صيانة المصارف)، وبكلفة إجمالية 23000 $ ثلاثة وعشرون ألف دولار فقط لا غير.

فعلى الراغبين بالاشتراك في المناقصة المذكورة أعلاه من المتعهدين ذوي الخبرة تقديم عروضهم خلال أوقات الدوام الرسمي في مديرية الديوان العام برئاسة الجامعة، على أن تكون ضمن ظرف مختوم وعليه اسم المتعهد وعنوانه ورقم هاتف للتواصل.

ملاحظة:

  • يبدأ تقديم العروض من تاريخ الإعلان وحتى نهاية الدوام الرسمي يوم السبت تاريخ 18 / 09 / 2021م.
  • يكتب تصريح خطي بالاطلاع على دفتر الشروط الفنية وجدول الكميات المطلوبة الخاص بالمناقصة، وبأنه يقبل بجميع ما ورد في بنود المناقصة.
  • التأمينات الأولية 500 $ تُسترد بعد انتهاء المشروع للمتعهد الذي تم اشتراكه معنا، وترد للمتعهدين البقية فور انتهاء عملية فض العروض.
  • يتم فض العروض في تمام الساعة 10.00 العاشرة صباحاً من يوم الأحد بتاريخ 19/09/2021م في دائرة العقود برئاسة الجامعة.
  • يلتزم المتعهد المترشح للتعاقد بتنفيذ كامل بنود العقد خلال مدة وقدرها 60 يوم من تاريخ أمر المباشرة ومحضر استلام موقع العمل.
  • التأمينات النهائية مع الأولية 10 % من قيمة العقد، وتدفع للمتعهد بعد ست أشهر من تاريخ الاستلام النهائي.

الكشف التقديري للأعمال المطلوبة ويبين فيه نوع الأعمال التقديرية مع السعر الإجمالي.

Idlib University announces its need to contract with specialized contractors in the field of facade restoration in the College of Education and Science, including works (removing damaged stone – cladding facades – constructing columns – installing aluminum and iron windows – painting and repairing sidewalks – maintaining banks), at a total cost of $23,000 twenty-three thousand. Just a dollar.

Experienced contractors wishing to participate in the above-mentioned tender must submit their offers during official working hours in the Directorate of the General Court at the University Presidency, provided that they are within a sealed envelope bearing the name, address and phone number of the contractor.

note:

  • Submission of offers starts from the date of the announcement until the end of official working hours on Saturday 09/18/2021 AD.
  • He writes a written declaration to see the book of technical conditions and the schedule of required quantities for the tender, and that he accepts all what is stated in the terms of the tender.
  • Initial bonds: $500 to be refunded after the end of the project to the contractor who participated with us, and the rest will be returned to the contractors immediately after the bid opening process.
  • Bids will be opened at 10:00 am on Sunday 19/09/2021 AD in the Contracts Department at the University Presidency.
  • The contractor nominated to contract is obligated to implement all the terms of the contract within a period of 60 days from the date of the commencement order and the minutes of receiving the work site.
  • The final bond with the initial is 10% of the contract value, and it is paid to the contractor after six months from the date of final receipt.
