تعلن جامعة إدلب عن حاجتها للتعاقد مع متعهدين مختصين في مجال تجهيز مدرجات في فرع الدانا من أعمال: (هدم جدران- ردم بحص أو حجر- تركيب بلاط- أجور عمال لنقل بضاعة وبرادي- دهان- إصلاح أبواب ونوافذ ودرج معدني)، وبكلفة إجمالية قدرها 4240 $ أربعة آلاف ومئتان وأربعون دولار أمريكي فقط لا غير.

فعلى الراغبين بالاشتراك في المناقصة المذكورة أعلاه من المتعهدين ذوي الخبرة؛ تقديم عروضهم خلال أوقات الدوام الرسمي في مديرية الديوان العام برئاسة الجامعة، على أن تكون ضمن ظرف مختوم وعليه اسم المتعهد وعنوانه ورقم هاتفه للتواصل.

ملاحظة:

  • يبدأ تقديم العروض من تاريخه وحتى نهاية الدوام الرسمي ليوم الأحد تاريخ 26 / 09 / 2021م.
  • التأمينات الأولية 400 $ تسترد بعد انتهاء المشروع للمتعهد الذي تم اشتراكه معنا، وترد للمتعهدين البقية فور انتهاء عملية فض العروض.
  • يتم فض العروض في تمام الساعة 10.00 صباحاً من يوم الإثنين تاريخ 27 / 09 / 2021م في دائرة العقود برئاسة الجامعة.
  • يلتزم المتعهد بتنفيذ كامل شروط العقد خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 10 عشرة أيام من تاريخ أمر المباشرة ومحضر الاستلام.
  • التأمينات النهائية مع الأولية 7 % من قيمة العقد، وتدفع للمتعهد بعد ست أشهر من تاريخ الاستلام النهائي.

  • دفتر الشروط الفنية.

الكشف التقديري للأعمال المطلوب تنفيذها، ويبين فيه نوع الأعمال مع السعر الإجمالي.

The University of Idlib announces its need to contract with specialized contractors in the field of equipping terraces in the Al-Dana branch, from works: (demolition of walls – backfilling with gravel or stone – installation of tiles – wages of workers to transport goods and curtains – painting – repair of doors, windows and metal staircases), at a total cost of 4240 Four thousand two hundred and forty dollars only.

Those wishing to participate in the above-mentioned tender must be experienced contractors; Submit their offers during official working hours in the Directorate of the General Court at the University Presidency, provided that they are within a sealed envelope bearing the name, address and telephone number of the contractor.

note:

  • Submission of offers starts from its date until the end of official working hours on Sunday 09/26/2021 AD.
  • The initial deposit is $400 to be refunded after the project is completed to the contractor who has participated with us, and the rest will be returned to the contractors upon the completion of the bid opening process.
  • Bids will be opened at 10.00 am on Monday 27/09/2021 AD in the Contracts Department at the Presidency of the University.
  • The contractor is obligated to implement all the terms of the contract within a period not exceeding ten ten days from the date of the commencement order and the minutes of receipt.
  • The final bond with the initial deposit is 7% of the contract value, and it is paid to the contractor after six months from the date of final receipt.

İdlib Üniversitesi, işlerin Al-Dana şubesindeki terasların donatılması alanında uzman müteahhitlerle sözleşme yapma gereğini duyurdu: (duvarların yıkılması – çakıl veya taşla doldurulması – fayans montajı – malların taşınması için işçi ücretleri ve perdeler – boyama – kapılar, pencereler ve metal merdivenlerin onarımı), toplam maliyeti 4240 Dört bin iki yüz kırk dolar.

Yukarıda belirtilen ihaleye katılmak isteyenler deneyimli müteahhitler olmalıdır; Tekliflerini, yüklenicinin isim, adres ve telefon numarasının yazılı olduğu kapalı bir zarf içinde olmak kaydıyla, Üniversite Rektörlüğü Genel Mahkeme Müdürlüğü’ne resmi mesai saatleri içinde vermek.

Not:

  • Tekliflerin sunulması, tarihinden itibaren MS 09/26/2021 Pazar günü resmi çalışma saatlerinin sonuna kadar başlar.
  • İlk depozito, proje bitiminde bizimle katılan yükleniciye iade edilecek olan 400 $ ‘dır ve geri kalanı teklif açılış sürecinin tamamlanmasının ardından yüklenicilere iade edilecektir.
  • Teklifler, 27/09/2021 Pazartesi günü saat 10.00’da Üniversite Başkanlığı Sözleşmeler Daire Başkanlığı’nda açılacaktır.
  • Yüklenici, işe başlama emri ve teslim tutanağı tarihinden itibaren on on günü geçmemek üzere sözleşmenin tüm şartlarını yerine getirmekle yükümlüdür.
  • İlk depozito ile birlikte nihai teminat, sözleşme bedelinin %7’si olup, kesin teslim tarihinden itibaren altı ay sonra yükleniciye ödenir.
