First Aid and Nursing – c12
Training topics:
| The first axis: | First aid (first aid for burns – first aid for fractures – CPR – shock – heart attack and stroke – wounds and bleeding – suffocation and drowning) |
| The second axis: | Basics of vital signs (sterilization and disinfection – pressure – pulse and breathing – temperature) – how to prepare the drug – injection methods – giving drugs (intramuscular injection – subcutaneously – intradermal – opening the vein starting intravenous infusion – drawing blood – blood transfusion) – types of intravenous solutions . |
| The third axis: | Advanced nursing skills (urinary catheterization – sterilization of wounds – oxygen therapy and its types – surgical sutures – withdrawing secretions, preparing aerosol sessions, monitoring the electrocardiogram – training on surgical sutures – how to read the electrocardiogram) |
Target group: (females only) from inside and outside Idlib University
Training duration: 50 training hours
Number of trainees: 25 trainees
Training days: Saturday-Sunday-Mon-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday (5 hours per day)
Beginning of training: when the number is complete
Training location: Medical colleges pool
Training fees: (100 TL for Idlib University students) – (130 TL for trainees from outside the university)
