(مناقصة بالظرف المختوم)

              تعلن جامعة إدلب عن إجراء مناقصة (بالسرعة الممكنة) لتنفيذ أعمال الإكساء والتجهيز اللازمة لقسم الإسعاف، وذلك ضمن مبنى المستشفى الجامعي الطابق الأرضي، والمدرجة ضمن الموازنة العامة لأعمال الصيانة والتجهيز للسنة المالية 2021-2022، وبكلفة مقدارها 5500 $ خمسة آلاف وخمسمائة دولار فقط، وذلك للأعمال المطلوب إنجازها ضن الكشف التقديري المحدد.

فعلى الراغبين بالاشتراك في المناقصة المذكورة أعلاه من الشركات والمقاولين من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص، تقديم العروض خلال أوقات الدوام الرسمي في مديرية الديوان العام برئاسة الجامعة، على أن تقدم العروض ضمن ظروف مغلقة ومختومة، ومثبت عليها اسم مقدم العرض ورقم الهاتف والبريد الالكتروني إن أمكن، حيث يبدأ التقديم من تاريخ صدور الإعلان وحتى يوم الاثنين تاريخ 18/10 /2021م.

  • التأمينات الأولية مبلغ (200 $) مئتان دولار أميركي فقط لا غير، على أن يسترد المبلغ لصاحب العرض غير المرشح للتعاقد، حيث يتم الدفع بموجب إيصال يتم اقتطاعه من المكتب المالي ويرفق مع أوراق صاحب العرض.
  • تقدم العروض ضمن ظرف مغلق يحتوي على:
  • طلب خطي للاشتراك بالمناقصة.
  • تصريح بأنه أطلع على الكشف التقديري وبنود الكميات وان يقبل بتنفيذ جميع ما ورد في الكشف.
  • العرض المالي والفني مع جدول الأسعار الإفرادية والإجمالية لكل بند.
  • إن مرفقات إعلان المناقصة تشمل ما يلي:
  • دفتر الشروط الفنية والمالية والحقوقية الخاصة بالمناقصة.
  • الكشف التقديري للأعمال المطلوب إنجازها يبين نوع وكمية الأعمال التقديرية مع السعر الافرادي والإجمالي لكل بند.
  • يتم شراء الكشف التقديري من دائرة العقود ضمن القسم المالي.
  • يلتزم المتعهد المرشح للتعاقد بعد جلسة المناقصة؛ بتنفيذ كامل بنود العقد خلال مدة / 20/يوم من تاريخ توقيع أمر المباشرة.

يتم فض العروض يوم الثلاثاء الموافق لـ 19/10/2021م في تمام الساعة 9.00 التاسعة صباحاً، وذلك عن طريق لجنة تشكل لاحقاً.

The University of Idlib announces a tender (as soon as possible) to implement the necessary clothing and equipment for the ambulance department, within the university hospital building on the ground floor, and included in the general budget for maintenance and preparation work for the fiscal year 2021-2022, at a cost of $5,500 only five thousand five hundred dollars, and that For the work to be completed within the specified estimated statement.
